Posture Alignment Therapy using the Egoscue Method & Postural Restoration (PRI) techniques offers a series of gentle stretches, combined with at times, challenging muscle activation exercises to re-establish neuromuscular connections and movement patterns. These connections can take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks to etch into the brain. It is important to commit to these sequences in the menus in order for change to happen.

What makes the Egoscue Method & PRI so unique to other “corrective exercise” programs is the use of walls, floors, and gravity combined together to encourage the body to find it’s own alignment, and adjust itself more naturally.

The goal of each session is to find the right exercises sequence that will bring you back into optimal “alignment”.

  • Sessions are designed to be completed monthly. This gives the brain time to re-organize itself. The first session focuses on removing compensations. The second session will target on dysfunctions and remaining compensations.
